ABOUT KYON RANCH
Terri & Brien Nicolau moved to Kyon Ranch in Peyton, Colorado in 2021 after they retired from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.
They live on the ranch along with their dogs, (mostly Border Collies), sheep, ducks, and chickens. Kyon Ranch and the surrounding area also provide habitat to many species of birds and wildlife.
Terri spends much of her time working sheep with her Border Collies. When she isn't training, she is usually traveling to both field and arena herding trials across the United States.
Brien takes care of all aspects of the farm and the animals, and is in charge of 'Chaos Control."
